Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Cancellation/Reschedule If the client (s) cancel a booking for any circumstance, a scheduling/booking fee of 15% of the total invoice will be forfeited as compensation to 'Jedan Sky' Photography
If the client (s) cancel a booking for any circumstance 72 hours prior to the photographic session/shoot, a scheduling/booking fee of 15% of the total invoice will be forfeited as compensation to 'Jedan Sky' Photography
It is recommended to reschedule bookings no less than 72 hours prior to the photographic session/shoot as any payment made shall be carried forward. Failure to do so will result in this payment being forfeited
In exceptional circumstances the scheduling fee may be carried forward within 72 hours prior to the photographic session/shoot at the photographers own discretion.
Vice Versa
If in the case of vice versa a discount will be applied of the same percentage of similar circumstance and your invoice will be amended accordingly.
In the case of 'Full Payment' plan/schedule a refund of the same percentage of similar circumstance will be credited to you, via same/similar payment method.
Delivery & Download
A private download link will be provided to you via email upon finalisation of full payment and image post-processing.
Jedan Sky will endeavour to deliver digital images as quickly as possible, general turn around is generally within 5 business days. However this could take up to 2-4 weeks during busy periods.

Bookings, Fees and Payments
A non-refundable scheduling fee (is that of 15% of the particular photo shoot service/ photographic package) will confirm your booking with 'Jedan Sky' Photography for the purchased session (s). The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client (s) chosen package when calculating the final balance due.
All promotional and discounted sessions must include the purchase value as a scheduling fee to secure the booking. In the event of a cancellation where a promotional voucher is used the voucher will be forfeited. Titles to all goods remains with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s)
Any payments made for a photoshoot is bound by that photoshoot package and pays for the session times only.
Commercial Licences are available per request and will have a fluctuating rate under specific circumstances of the use of the images, these fees will be under the discretion of the photographer.
The client (s) agree to the payment type and method indicated by 'Jedan Sky'Photography's services and booking page. The client (s) understand that failure to make the agreed payment according to our agreement will lead to cancellation of services. Failure to comply with these requirements may lead to a breach of contract and services & products may be withdrawn and fees applied.
In exceptional circumstances the photographer may present a written agreement for both parties to sign for an alternate payment arrangement. However in every circumstance it will stand as "all goods remains with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s)"
Copyright
The Copyright of all photographs taken by the photographer is owned by the photographer of 'Jedan Sky' Photography. The photographer reserves the right to use any image or video from your photography sessions/shoot for industry competitions and as required for subsequent usage and for reasonable general promotional advertising for 'Jedan Sky' Photography.
The usage for any other purpose is to be re-negotiated between the parties and requires specific permission. Original files and edited files are available as collections for purchase. The original digital images/ negatives and video files remain the property of the photographer and after a period of five years from date captured may be purchased for a fee nominated by the photographer. Adequate measures to backup and archive your files are made within that five years.
